From my brand new agents to those who have been in the business for 10+ and have never implemented "tools" that are pretty basic for running a real estate business - they all find it easy to utilize and follow. By the time my new agents' licenses come in, they are fully trained, and I am confident they are knowledgeable about the process.
I also love the accountability features, which gives me an excellent retention bonus!
