  • Download the 2025 MANIFESTATION MAP 
  • After doing the “I AM” theme exercise outlined below, write your I AM theme and I AM statements in the center circle of your WBNL Manifestation Map.
  • The INTENTION box at the top is the spot to write your primary personal outcomes you intend to manifest in 2025
  • The INTENTION box at the bottom is for your primary business/career outcomes you intend to manifest in 2025
  • The lines around the petals are for key focus words, projects, other goals, trips, travel, fun, etc for 2025

"I AM" Theme for the New Year Exercise

Reflect on the Year Behind

  • What challenges did you face this past year, and how did you grow from them?
  • What accomplishments or moments made you feel proud and empowered?
  • What lessons did you learn that you want to carry forward into the new year?

Journal Prompt:
Take 5-10 minutes to reflect on the past year. Write about moments where you felt your strongest and moments that showed you the kind of person you’re becoming. This reflection will help you connect to the essence of who you are.

Identify Your Core Values for the Year Ahead

  • What qualities or values do you want to embody in the new year?
  • How do you want to feel each day (e.g., peaceful, powerful, joyful, confident)?
  • What words resonate with your vision for the upcoming year?

Visualization Exercise:
Close your eyes and imagine yourself 12 months from now. See yourself thriving, embodying the person you wish to become. What words would you use to describe this future version of you? Let those words guide your "I AM" statements.

Craft Your "I AM" Statements

  • Based on your reflection and values, create 1-3 "I AM" statements that align with the energy and person you wish to be in the new year.
  • Make sure your statements are empowering and present-focused as if they are already true.

Examples of "I AM" Statements:

  • "I am a magnet for abundance and success."
  • "I am filled with peace, love, and joy in all that I do."
  • "I am resilient, capable, and ready to thrive."
  • I AM Resilient
  • I AM Abundant
  • I AM Confident
  • I AM Worthy
  • I AM Powerful
  • I AM Unstoppable
  • I AM Joyful
  • I AM Grounded
  • I AM Fearless
  • I AM Limitless

Set Intentions Based on Your Theme

  • What goals or actions align with your "I AM" theme?
  • What habits must you create or let go of to step into these fully "I AM" statements?
  • How will you hold yourself accountable for embodying your theme throughout the year?

Integration into Daily Life

  • How can you embody these "I AM" statements and Intentions in your everyday actions?
  • What daily rituals or practices will help you align with your theme (e.g., morning affirmations, meditation, journaling)?

Daily Practice:

  • Repeat your "I AM" statement(s) every morning and night, allowing the energy to settle in. 
  • Use the voice recorder on your phone to record your I AM statements and listen to them throughout the day.

Affirmation Monthly Ritual:

  • At the start of each month, reflect on your "I AM" statements and set new intentions or small goals for the month that support your theme. 
  • Celebrate each milestone as a step closer to fully living in alignment with your vision.
