Kathryn has been a Nevada licensed broker for over 20 years, successfully working in all areas of real estate, including residential, commercial, foreclosures (REO), and short sales. She has been an award-winning individual real estate agent and owner of her commercial real estate firm. As a Corporate Broker, she built and managed the #1 Top Producing office in Nevada with over 400 agents. She then became National Vice President of Broker Support, helping brokers/owners nationwide in building s successful offices. She is an expert in marketing and negotiating all aspects of real estate. She has served as Director, Treasurer, and Vice President of the Greater Las Vegas Board of Realtors 2015. The Nevada Supreme Court has appointed Kathryn to the Nevada Mediation Program Advisory Committee for the 2015-2016 term and has also been appointed to the Nevada Real Estate Division Advisory Committee.
