Bob is an experienced and seasoned Real Estate professional. He has over 30 years of experience in Residential Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate experience as well. Bob started his career with a small boutique firm in Chicago while teaching and coaching football at Lane Tech H.S. in Chicago with his father, Sam, a very successful Hall of Fame Coach. Bob left teaching in 1985 to focus on a career in Real Estate while continuing to coach football.
Bob's sales career took off immediately, and he was quickly elevated to sales manager, then General Sales Manager for a more prominent firm. From there, he took his family to Northern California, where Bob began his executive career as the SVP for Coldwell Banker Northern California. In 2005 Bob was promoted to President & COO for Coldwell Banker.
Bob's company grew from 8 offices and 200 agents to 26 offices and over 1400 agents during his tenure.
In August of 2014, Bob relocated to Denver, Colorado, to partner in opening Realty ONE Group Premier in Lone Tree. Realty ONE Group Premier quickly established itself as the fastest growing Independent Brokerage in the Denver Metro. In May 2017, the partners agreed to sign a ten-year extension with Realty ONE Group for the exclusive rights for the entire state of Colorado. The plan is to expand their brokerage along with
creating franchise opportunities strategically with quality broker owner/operators.
Bob has been involved in several charitable organizations such as SECOR, Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots, One Warm Coat, and Gaucher's Research, as well as volunteering to coach youth football and basketball in his hometown of ElDorado Hills, Ca.
