In 1999, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to move to Las Vegas from Vancouver, Canada, with the Internet company I worked for. After the DotCom bubble burst, I spent the following six years with Gap working up from a Sales Associate to General Manager of the Summerlin location. After being in the real estate industry for a few years, my wife, Sara, took an 11-year break and worked at Starbucks Coffee. In 2008, her passion for helping people and love of Las Vegas drove her back to real estate. Shortly after, I joined her in the fall of 2009 as her referral workload became too much for one person to handle.
Since then, we have become a solid real estate team focused on building lasting relationships and a reputation for service. Outside the office, Sara and I volunteer at the Crossing Church when not shuttling our two children to dance and hockey. We love to travel and learn about different cultures through food and drink.

Dave was born and raised on Long Island in Medford, NY, where he excelled in academics and sports. Dave chose to go to college at UNLV and moved to Las Vegas in 1995. Upon obtaining his degree in education and kinesiology, he briefly taught in the Clark County School District. While in college in 2000, Dave, at his father's urging, got his real estate license as a supplement to teaching.
In 2002, Dave decided to learn the mortgage business. He worked first on the retail side for Bank of America Home Loans and then at a brokerage called Southern Fidelity Mortgage. Born and raised in the mountains of North Carolina by a family which included a very successful real estate mother, Barry Aldridge finally decided to follow in her footsteps and is now a 16-year veteran REALTOR who has helped hundreds of families achieve their dream of home ownership! In addition to building his new franchise Realty ONE Group Select, Barry is a fully licensed NC real estate broker who started his real estate career and honed his craft in the mountains of NC working for RE/MAX Keller Williams and other private firms as well as one other firm he owned. In the past, he has served as a board member and President-Elect of the local Board of REALTORS and served as Broker In Charge (BIC) for two different real estate offices.
