I am a proud Rutgers University Brunswick, NJ graduate and gained over 25 years of business experience before getting my Nevada real estate license.  I've held senior-level executive positions on the regional and national level in the beverage industry with companies such as Pepsi, Snapple, 7-UP, and Arizona Ice Tea.  As national sales and marketing vice president, I was responsible for 11 manufacturing facilities.

Licensed in 2003, I spent the next nine years as an independent agent ranking in the top 5% of production in Las Vegas with companies such as Prudential, RE/MAX, Keller Williams, and Realty ONE Group.  In 2013, I created a business model working with new and inexperienced agents.  I started with three agents and built that into a team of 140+, ranked in the top 1% nationwide.  The goal was to build a team with a strong culture, consistent transaction closings, and a path to an eventual sale.  I achieved that last year and enjoy passing along how I made it all work!
