Chance is the Broker/Owner of CB&A, Realtors, a residential real estate firm with offices in Houston and Austin, Texas. During his real estate career, he has been fortunate to work with outstanding clients, agents, builders, and service providers.
Chance's goal as a Texas Real Estate Broker is to serve real estate agents by fostering a culture of production, education, and professionalism. His mission is to help people find their way home, whether that is an agent looking for a new business home, a client starting the next chapter of their life, or someone in the community in need of help.
